Job Description
. Customer Service

1. Establish a good relationship with all major government and private clients.

2. Building and maintaining positive working relationships with customers, pharmacy staff and supporting administrative staff.

3. Keeping detailed records of all contacts within Head Office.

4. Regularly attending company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings.

5. Developing strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector.

6. Staying informed about the activities of consumer services in UAE.

7. Maintain and improve relationships with channel trade partners.

B. Sales

8. Provide medical professionals and other clients with necessary product information to execute the sale.

9. Achieve sales targets through close follow up, cross selling and up selling.

10. Developing customer base and actively promote products to achieve annual sales budget

11. Providing technical product information and conducting presentation to customers.

12. Conducting and Providing market intelligence of competitors as and when required

13. Searching for new products and new places to complete the range according to the general plan of the department

D. Collection and administration

14. Receiving collection from pharmacy clients in UAE

15. Receiving collection from Poultry Farm clients in UAE

16. Receiving collection from Dairy Farm clients in UAE

17. Supervise all tenders coming out, inspect and quote any product which comes under responsibility.

18. Travelling, attend calls, follow ups, quote, meeting etc.

19. Preparation and applying for tender documents and samples

Solving and customer concerns with regards to the products technical issues or supplying issues.

20. Check all email, prepare quotations, forecasting for stock, fore seeing the current stock status etc.
